gengat got faster (128-130 speed) and bulkier and most noticeable sp atk! Also since you love dragons guess wat stab move noivernlearns lucky guy!

Even so, a Scarfed Dugtrio will put him out of his misery . It's still as weak as ever on the Def department.

What about Goodra? :P

Goodra needs to have a decent movepool and pseudo-legendary base stats for me to even start considering him. 



im glad we have pure dragon type! Only last gen we had fully evolved pure dragon! This goodra will be a wall with some good moves. give it rest! also wether got nerfed which is good soyou'll need to strategize better with kingra! You need a wall from fairy types!
