The thing that annoyed me the most about Alvin is that no one seems to really care that he has done some really messed up shit. The other characters in the game that do heinous things at least have a deep seeded belief in their actions. Or at the very least, you can see why they do what they do. His character is the only real weakness in an otherwise stellar game.
