And Twilight Princess was rated T (PG-13) and Skyward Sword and Wind Waker HD are rated E10+ (PG). What's your point? I watch PG-rated movies all the time. G-rated movies are really uncommon, far less common than E-rated games. FIFA, Madden, and PES are all rated E; are their target demographics children? Do they fail to appeal to the over-teen demographic because they're rated "everyone"? |
G is general audience which is akin to everyone. As I said before teen is a stretch of a rating for Nintendo. That is mostly reserved for thei two titles in Metroid and Zelda at the highest. Zelda has mostly been an everyone type game for the mass majority of its existence. E doesnt mean children it mean at it is a general game anyone should be able to play. Why should fifa be anything less than E? I have no idea what this has to do with the target demographics for Nintendo. As as I said Nintendo games are mostly made for children to families. Teen ratings from Nintendo is a stretch. There is absolutely nothing to defend.
