He's quoted as saying that one PS4 is picked to host based on its connection quality. What if the person whose PS4 gets picked decides to leave the match half-way through? This seems like the same thing COD has, but his verbal trickery makes you think otherwise.

Then the match continues on, just like it did in Killzone2. No, I'm serious. It wasn't uncommon to see "Host has left" in Killzone2 and the match simply continues on.
He says straight up that your PS4 runs your own logic. Aside from that minor difference, the game has dedicated servers. "Killzone Shadow Fall has dedicated servers hosted in various regions around the world. These servers do not run the logic of the game – they only act as a hub between the clients, forwarding network traffic from one player in game to all other players in game." Everyone is still connected to the servers if the host leaves. Seeing as it wasn't a problem at all in KZ2, the game probably just picks a new session master too quickly for anyone to notice any issues.

This is not the issue lol People leaving the game and having to migrate the host is cool; but it is more about having the advantage of being the host and the possibility to cheat.
It is maybe not common but it still leave room for the possibility which is annoying.

I don't know what you're talking about but I'm addressing the questions and statements of the OP.
