I'm picturing a Zelda where you split time between being under the ocean, on land and in the sky with seamless travel between all three. Bring back the Zora and other interesting races with large cities or towns in all areas.
Imagine getting Epona just as before, but then with a transformation into a pegasus-like beast to allow you to take to the skies and then finally earning a Zora tunic that allows you to traverse underwater with the same ease.
