How many people live in Japan? At the rate the 3ds is selling, and the rate the overall Japanese population is decreasing*, it seems like in a few years everyone in Japan will have one...
*I've heard/read about research in a college course that points out that in Japan there is somewhat of a feminine revolution going on where women are refusing to conform to social standards where they need to get married and have kids and many are, apparently, choosing to not only not accept the "house wife" role but also are not willing to have babies. Because of this, I have heard that their population will decrease significantly over the next (if memory serves me correctly) 15-30 years (or until the feminine movement dies down).
