Is it worth going for a Radeon 7790 at this point (for £85)?

Well this motherboard just has the one PCI-E slot, so I'm afraid Crossfiring/SLIing will have to wait for a major upgrade (for which I'd probably have to get a new case, CPU, and pretty much everything else except drives and power supply).
