Why would I bother buying Ubisoft games that I don't really care about?

I think it is Ubisoft's job to show why Wii U owners should care about their games. They fucked up with Rayman, I was going to get t until I heard that it was going to be multiplatform - then what's the point of getting excited about a game that is not specially tooled for the Wii U?

This is just ridiculous, "make it exclusive or I won't buy it" is calling cutting your nose off to spite your face. It IS tooled for WiiU and it scored very well, like I said, highest scoring game on WiiU. How can you say they fucked up?

They fucked up by delaying the game for months and months.  It should have been released when it was done and supposed to release.  They killed what little momentum the game had going for it and gave people an incentive to look at other games.

No one really cares that it came out for other platforms.  People care because the game was done, but delayed to release on other platforms at the same time.  The game would have released in a relatively dry period on the Wii U early in its life.  Instead, people bought Pikmin, people bought NSLU, people were excited for W101 and Zelda WW coming out around the same time.  Ubisoft gave people a chance to forget about this game, and they clearly did.
