I've only seen Elysium, which wasn't bad, rest doesn't interest me. Voted Elysium.

You didn't see Pacific Rim 3D, nor The Lone Ranger 2D?

Well what 3D Movies of 2014 interest you, since so far the only good movies known for 2014 are 3D ones?

I think Godzilla (2014) will probably have as high as over 90% of its box office profits from 3D screenings. (based off the way everyone is talking about it)Probably a bit optimistic to say the least LOL.

Jurassic Park 4 3D should be boss too.

This year's upcoming Horror movie "Gravity" only works in 3D, which makes it a pretty interesting scare flick.

I have The lone ranger and Pacific Rim on pre-order. Pacific rim comes out on October 15th.
Still no interest in 3D versions nor going to the cinema. Gravity looks very interesting but I didn't realize it was a horror movie? That kind of dampens my excitement. I'm most looking forward to watching Europa Report,  out October 8th.

I assume Gravity is a Horror film because I saw the 3D trailer and that's what it seemed like 100% when I saw the 3D Trailer.

I only saw the Great Gatsby in 3D because of the 2 3D trailers but just the first one was all the motivation I needed, but that second 3D trailer for Great Gatsby was overkill, LOL. (it's on 3D Blu-Ray)

Pacific Rim 3D had the stereo team for every scene in the movie lead by Guellermo Del Toro. Have you read he's comments about why he ever hated 3D? So you know he would do right by heading the stereo team for every single scene in the movie. I can tell you from personal experience, both mine, but especially everyone else's experience, just which movies you & everyone else is guaratee to like in 3D, in fact I will list them:

The Great & Powerful OZ 3D

The Great Gatsby 3D

Star Trek Into Darkness 3D

Pacific Rim 3D

The Wolverine 3D

And I didn't hear anyone talk about "R.I.P.D. 3D" but I will guess its good by everyone (Act 1 & 3 really show it off. I saw it)

I haven't heard about the 3D in Jack the Giant Slayer & Upside Down & Tai Chi Hero, so it's hard to til if everyone liked it or if it was mix reception. I only saw Jack out of these 3 anyways (LOL), but I do want to see the others.

Anyways, the 3D Blu-Rays always seem to have a way more better format of the 3D effect then when it was in theaters anyways.

I would only suggest IMAX 3D for theaters for only 2 upcoming 3D movies: Thor 2 & Hobbit 2, but everything else seems to look fine on the smaller theater screens.
