Oh yes, the infamous cutting the price of it's original by half before it hits it's second anniversary on the market. Sorry, the situations are not very similar. The gamecubes price went from 150 to sub 100 and a year before went from 200 to 150. That first price drop didn't help it out much did it? Dont expect the same results for the Wii U. Maybe if Nintendo cut the Wii U by 1/3rd like GC then we would see a huge come back like that. Or maybe Nintendo will just cut the Wii U's price next year to $200
