If we go by link's Up-B in the trailer (I just watched it again), it seemed pretty powerful. Hard to tell what % the opponents were on, but they got wiped off the screen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvudMu-5kIU @1:16). True, the game is going through balancing, but my take is that they won't fuck link up this time.
At least, I sure hope not.

One of the earlier updates this week was about them buffing Samus, too, and she got hit with the useless stick HARD in Brawl (i liked using ZSS better), so there is indeed hope.

she is also apparently faster, i love samus. She was too slow in SSBB though, i like using ZSS but her killing potential is ridiculously low
