If GTA was exclusive to the Wii U, would it ever be able to push out the sales that it did on the PS3/360?

GTA tends to sell on already established hardware. First GTA didn't launch on consoles until three years into the 360's life and two years into the PS3's. Its evident which consoles were the primary consoles to buy the game. PC and Wii U definitely had to take the back seat for now.
