With the exception of GTA IV :P Even vgchartz have San Andreas at 23,5 million, while GTA IV is below 21 million and it is very likely that the gap is even biggger cause Rockstar told Kotaku that they shipped 27,5 million copies of SA, so there was a decline in the series :P now though, it's on track for some record breaking numbers.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
