We will see if there ever was a 360 supply shortage in NA this week. It sold 88K last week, so if it doesn't sell over 100K this week, then there were no shortages (or an extremely minor shortage).
If there truly was a 360 shortage then overall I expect the PS3 to outsell the 360 by 15-20K worldwide.
If there were no 360 shortages, then the PS3 will outsell the 360 by about 35-40K worldwide.
