If/When Will PS4/XBOne outsell the WiiU?

Very. Also, PS4/X1 will have fantastic launch sales (that's basically the law when it comes to new systems), but after the holiday season, going into 2014, sales will taper off, fast (this always happens, too). Unless either of them performs like Wii did when it launched (they won't).

Yep, all of your logics have made my rash answer appear very stupid. However, I shall play the game and stick with my first answer.
