Nah, games like this could probably fit within 100MB. Simple graphics, zero FMV, limited audio. Even basic set owners could enjoy these.


They'll be a couple 100MB larger than that, just for simply being in HD. Some of the NES and SNES games I downloaded from the 30th Anniversary promotion have absurd file seives in the dozens of MB now, just because they can. Nintendo would be wise to optimize each file size to be as small as possible though. When you start talking about having to buy external memory to play games, you start scaring away a lot of folks who aren't tech savvy.
