We know it took 4 days for it to reach 2 million counting shipments and digital sales together. Even if you take Media Create's low side, that means digital sales would be barely near 6 figures, if that high at all.

Capcom says it shipped "over 2 million".   Until we know what "over 2 million" actual is, the digital sales figure can't be guessed at other than saying 150k is the lowest it could be.  But it could be 250k or 350k...we just don't know until Capcom gives a more specific figure than the ambiguous "over 2 million".

But we've seen Capcom get much more specific. The general rule is that they announce the highest possible number and has shown this with their previous reporting of shipping information (look at DmC shipping 1.1 million). I was being very generous with my 150k statement. There are still copies available on shelves, so you have to factor that as well.
