many people already lean their heads to the left or right when they play ego-shooters so it would be good if the game would recognize that. would give a more natural feel.
and no, you wouldn't need a 3-screen setup or whatever some peoples ideas are. there is a difference between leaning your head but still having your sight on the screen in front of you or turning your head to the left or right...it's really not that hard to think about how it would work.
