I think what people are really griping about even though it's used under the guise "it haz no games" (really? go buy Wonderful 101 or Pikmin 3 or Rayman or Splinter Cell or Monster Hunter 3G) is that the Wii U doesn't have the traditional "epic Nintendo" game.

I think the no games argument is valid, slowly getting better but like I showed u in the other thread its had 18 games release this year compared to 44/48 for PS3/360 in the same time frame in 06/07.Also if u want to compare this years releases for PS3/360 it looks like

Multiplats-DMC, Dead Space 3, Colonial Marines, Metal Gear Rising, Crysis 3, MLB 2k13, Tomb Raider, Sniper Ghost Warrior 2, Walking Dead, Bioshock Infinite, Tiger Woods 14, Army of Two, Defiance, Injustice, Dead Island Riptide, Star Trek, Metro Last Light, Resident Evil Revelations, Grid 2, Fuse, Remember Me, Deadpool, Earth Defense Force, Dynasty Warriors 8, NCAA Football 14, Killer is Dead, PayDay 2, Saints Row 4, Splinter Cell, Disney Infinity, XCOM Declassified, Madden 25, Lost Planet 3, Rayman Legends, Diablo 3, Grand Theft Auto 5

360 exclusive-Gears of War, Minecraft

PS3 exclusive-Sly Cooper, Ni No Kuni, God of War, Last of Us, Final Fantasy 14, Kingdom Hearts HD, bunch of Japanese games

So as u can see PS360 has had 2-3 times as many games as Wii U has gotten this year so far.

Well of course the PS360 are going to have more games, they are mature products with established userbases and developers know those systems inside/out.

I still think there would be far less belly aching about the Wii U if Nintendo simply launched with a "big" game. People want that big Mario 64/Metroid Prime/Zelda: TP type experience before they consider a Nintendo console to be launched properly. That's kinda the problem.
