The only way it will be 100% not coming to other platforms is if it manages to scratch out decent sales on the system which is yet to be seen. If it tanks, I say look for a port soon thereafter.

Neither does Nintendo with Bayonetta 2. It's still Sega's IP.  Just look at the end of the trailer.

I still don't get why people are making this much of a big deal about it though.It's not like it's a system seller or anything.

It's just another franchise.

bayoneta 2 isn't an IP, it's an installment of an IP. Nintendo owns bayonetta 2, sega owns bayonetta.
