Woops, so many Japanenese publishers are bankrupt these days, I got them confused.

But Sega can't afford them especially. I'd be shocked if it wasn't being ported as we speak (or type...)

Than be prepared to be shocked, Sonic Colours never left the Wii, as did MadWorld ( even developed by Platinum too)

I would be shocked if it would leave the WiiU knowing about Nintendo GameCube exclusives that never resurfaced on anything besides Nintendo (Resident Evil Remake, Zero, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes etc.)

Those latter games had exclusive deals tied to them from the start and there's been no word whether this has one attached too, so I’d guess it doesn’t. And those other titles never left the Wii because...well...there just wasn't that much of a following for them. I somehow just don't see people clamoring for Sonic Colors and Mad World to grace their systems, so there's really no reason for them to port those.

Plus for each exclusive that you named that didn't leave the platform, there have been several major ones that have (RE4 anyone?), so really, it's a coin flip.

I say it will eventually for one simple reason: Because of the lack of success of the Wii U. If they don't port it, they're flat out leaving money on the table, and if you think they're going to risk closing their doors as a studio just to remain loyal to one company, then you’ve got another thing coming.

If it does stay exclusive though, it’ll be that way only because they couldn’t afford to port it to the other consoles, not because they don't want to spite Ninty. It's just too costly these days for their to be true 100% third party exclusives which is why they're so rare.

RE4 had no investment from nintendo, it was a verbal exclusive. how hard is it to understand that nintendo payed for bayonetta 2 = exclusivivity = no release on other platforms?
