Tough call.
Monster Hunter Tri G helped sell over 350k 3DS' when it was released in December 2011.
MK7 and SM3DL had also recently released though, which probably gave the sales a considerable bump.
Also, it released during the holiday season.
On the other hand the 3DS was just about establishing itself as a proper handheld during this period and the 3DS LL hadn't been released yet. Tri G was also an enhanced port of the Wii game, meaning this is the first real Monster Hunter built from the ground up for the 3DS.
I believe Monster Hunter has grown as a franchise especially over the last couple years; but the biggest question to remain is: Does the audience who want MH4 already have a 3DS or not?
If Pokémon wasn't releasing in a month I'd say 365,978, the same number as the MH3G release.
Seeing as Pokémon is releasing in a month I'm going to go for 300k.
