well, it will but normally it would release on pc first since that was always the plan. same with many other indie games sony showed at e3, pax and so on...
and i wouldn't have a problem with sony paying them to relesase it also on ps4 and vita if the developer wouldn't do it otherwise because that would increase the playstation library which would be great but paying them to release it "exclusively" on ps4 and vita when it was a pc game is exactly the same shit microsoft did with some arcade games and retail games on 360. but sony seems to do it with many more games right now.
all the games they showed the last months and which were already announced before went from "on pc/wiiu/whatever" to "exclusive on playstation" or "first on playstation".
not sure how any gamer can like stuff like that even if he is a playstation only owner. i also don't understand why people found it so great that minecraft or fez were only on xbox and not on playstation for some time. as gamer i have nothing from that.
