At first I thought this sounded great, but the more I thought about I changed my mind. If you don't already have a controller then you will have to pick up that $150 bundle. For that price or just a bit more you can pick up a PS3 which is more fully featured than this and has a better game library (PS3 software >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Vita software).

Sony would've been more consumer friendly had they just added hdmi/tv out to the Vita itself, like they did when moving from the psp 1000 to the 2000. They just released a new Vita at the same pricepoint as the old one and still left out that feature.

It's really for the people that already own a PS3. Think of it like a Roku/Apple TV, that just happens to also have a ton of games. I'd imagine Sony wants one for every TV in your house, except maybe the tv connected to PS4 and PS3.

@TBONE, Oh you!!!!

Wat? I ask a question!!! Also Does PS Vita TV play Gravity Rush? If so might really thinkof buying a PS VITA TV

As of right now no.

really? i know uncharted is heavily touch pad based, friend owns a vita, I tried it out once! Doesn't that take away some of the best vita titles away? also Tearaway!

Eurogamer: We couldn't spot a number of high-profile exclusives such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush or WipEout. Third-party games not mentioned include Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation, Need for Speed and Rayman Legends.

Remains to be seen about Tearaway.

if true that sucks, the only thing psv tv got going for it excluding price is PS4 Can be played anywhere in the house and for classic games! The point in Killzone mercenary, is a portable FPS, take away that just get the PS4 version. (i said this cuz its better on vita than tv imo). Gravity Rush would be the best reason for me personally to buy a vita but not psv tv!!! How about DS4? it has a touch pad
