The guy in the video never refuted your point. He is talking about what they did wrong. The tablet is not a draw for casuals, but rather for Nintendo's loyal fanbase. That is not what Nintendo planned for. Nintendo over time has scared off their own fanbase from buying third party games on their platform. Nintendo since the rise of COD has missed out on the profit Sony and Microsoft have been making on large scale third party games. They've been wanting in on it for a while, which is why Reggie was going gaga over COD's graphics vesus the current gen consoles on CNN.
