A big 3D open world Pokemon game... but make it an Action-RPG where you take direct control of Pokemon during a battle. Make the gameplay sort of a mix of Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Paradise, and whatever game in the genre has flying and swimming characters down pat. Keep BioWare and Bethesda out of it, and only have GameFreak provide advice and support. Maybe Genius Sonority and Monolith can make it.
A proper Dungeon & Dragons game for the Wii U. One where the Dungeon master is given control of the gamepad, and can use it to secretly do things on the fly, and up to four players can play as their characters on the TV using whatever controllers they want. Graphics and whatnot can be simple, but the key element is the GamePad being a secret window only available for the guy in charge of the game.
A version of Shadow of the Colossus where the "Jump" button isn't also the "Get on Horse" button.
