Can it be done? Of course!
Would it look as good as the ps3/360 versions? Of course not!
Would it look bad? Now people, not HD or the unability to see my character's zits it's not "bad" it's not Ugly, mario galaxy is gorgeous, but that is not the point, Wii games can look good.. it's just that the developers don't want to invest the time on it, on the other hand on the ps360 they are pretty much forced to, because that is all those systems have going for them right now.
It's actually kind of sad, put all your money on graphics, and developers will only work on those, put it somewhere else, and you will have a ton of games looking as bad as the tech demo you include in the console...
Wii has a killer app, and it's galaxy, now 3rd party should follow and do something good.
