Nintendo no. 1 in profits every generation. Almost feel sorry for mega corporations.

At the end of the day, isn't profit REALLY the only thing that matters..? At least if we are to look through the lense of capitalism which us Westerners seem to love so much.. Nintendo wins where it matters most, in profit.

Yeah, if you count game profits only, if you include overall profits from MS and Sony (well, Sony from PS1-2 era) and not just their gaming division, the picutre is a bit different. Microsoft could probably buy Nintendo on their 4 year profits.

What does weak hardware have to do with success? Also, Nintendo has CLEARLY shown they don't need third party supoprt, as they recieved little more than shovelware for the Wii, which managed to be a sales phenomenon, and the Gamecube support was near non existant and they STILL made a profit.
