Well the trolls seem to have made off with some kind of device and you're on a journey to get it from them from the video. Knack has various powers that seem to change depending on his form. He also needs it to get through certain areas in his smallest form or invisible even. Theres an ice level where you use ice powers taking from the environment. That seems to be his power to gather power from his surroundings. The game takes many shapes. Even though its linear, I will be free to destroy the way I see fit. Even more so than crash. People forget that crash was a linear game as well.
