I'm going to go with "Yes, you can vote for it." Somebody voted for New Super Luigi U between the digital and retail releases, and I accepted that, so fair's fair.
And as a general reminder to everyone: if the game's not coming out in your region of residence this September, you're allowed to vote for it!
