I'm just going with worst case scenario with assuming 2DS doesn't exist.  15m is easily within the "realm of possibilities."  
I personally think before 2DS, 17m is reasonable.  After, it creeps closer to 20m.


all i know is im expecting 17mil-18mil, if by chance it gets 20mil, it'll obver shadow next gen launches. What would te world say if it happened? "handheld gaming saved?"

No matter how well the 3DS sells, I don't think it'll have that much of an impact on next gen home consoles.  The market may share some of the same audience, but there's not really enough for a handheld to overshadow a home console.
