As far as I'm concerned "true tourney rules" would have "true random level selection" and "true random character selection" and "true random item selection," but that's just me. If you haven't mastered every level, character, and item in a game, burn in hell!
I don't know if I can make it yet. If I can make it, I'm in. I'm having Wii problems right now.
