Yeah a class action lawsuit the got dismissed, happens all the time, doesn't really mean anything.

Well, was there even an Xbox 360 lawsuit?  I mean, whether there was or wasn't, does it not "really mean anything"?  We can all agree there was a very real problem, right?

There were growing concerns that retailers were going to stop selling 360's due to sheer number of consumer complains and growing media pressure, and then leaked documents showed MS shipped the console even after theri OWN engineers warned them about the issues. Then whispers of a lawsuit started and MS had no choice but to admit they had a big problem.

Okay.  All I know is somebody said that the PS2 wasn't deffective or there would have been a lawsuit.  There was one and Sony settled.  My work here is done.
