Unfortunately I think Nintendo says no.

Wonderful 101 is performing horrifically and Nintendo doesn't finance studios that don't make them money.

I'd like to see them continue to work with Mistwalker too, but it looks that's probably not going to happen either. If they weren't happy with sales of The Last Story, I can only imagine what they think of Wonderful 101.

Where did Nintendo say they were unhappy with The Last Story?

I don't think Nintendo generally says anything one way or the other, but it seems like they are currently not working with Mistwalker even though Mistwalker has said they'd like to work with Nintendo again. So I think that says something.

Also the comment from the Fire Emblem producer/director that Nintendo wants to see 700,000 copies shipped from a Fire Emblem Wii U game to turn a profit leads me to believe that there's not a lot of projects Platinum could do to hit that type of number on the Wii U.
