Cloud Powered Gaming on Xbox One

First off everybody needs to calm down.  Y’all going to make me zappy, and nobody wants that.

 Now here look at this kitten and take a deep breath.  Isn’t it a cute little kitten?  Doesn’t everything feel better, ok, now back to the topic.

 

I pointing out that Sony bought Everquest a long time ago.  They have experience running a cloud gaming system.  How anyone took that as an insult is beyond me.

 I was not bashing Gaiki or Azure, I was bashing the fans that say one will not work, but praise how the other will.  If latency will kill one platform, it will kill both.  If one will work, then it is silly to say the other will not.  It is tedious when someone claims one is just silly PR but the other will give them hours of pleasure.  They are not the same, but the are analogous.

 I think it's awesome that Microsoft is investing so much in the future of gaming and entertainment.  I know some people do not like this.  As gaming is moving from an isolated box, to a larger connected experience.  But I think that's their play, from a product to more of a service.
