The Last of Us took 6 years and 4 game's worth of experience with the hardware from one of the most technically proficient devs on the planet, working with a blockbuster budget,.
Not only is the Wii U in its infancy, but there isn't a single game for it so far where a highly talented dev with a blockbuster budget built an exclusive from the ground up to be graphically intensive.
So far, nobody has tried, and you can get results without an attempt.
