Cboat mostly, but there is talk he got bad info on that last leak.

Oh, I forgot about that. I'd imagine that the hardware has been done for awhile now.

He said the PS4 wasn't even done, though very close. He was more critical on Xbox One making changes and being no where ready. I don't know how accurate it can be so close to the supposed launch of either console since production is probably hitting in September at the latest. Xbox One did drop 8 countries from its launch schedule and there were all those rumors of power ups and downs for it along with heating issues and all the yield issues it had early on in its development. MS just needs to announce their launch date, they should have already, makes me think it isn't set in stone.
