Superman does not need to learn anything from Batman. What is wrong with supes being a big blue boyscout. Thats his thing, let him be himself.

But there have been times where (semi accurate example) a villain knows where a bomb is.  Superman would question them and not get an answer.  They know Superman wouldn't resort to hurting them to get answers.  Batman, on the other hand, always gets answers because they're scared of him.  Just how they've been written.
