Nothing, no. But probably not as much. nintendo is pretty infamous for not being good to third parties.
Basically Nintendo fans and non-Nintendo fans both see the same result of _____ game not coming to Nintendo platforms. Nintendo fans assume that Nintendo is doing everything they can to get it on the platform and the guys making the decision are just biased against them. non-Nintendo fans think that Nintendo probably isn't doing as much as the other two to reach out and obtain games like this. Unfortunately since all we have to look at are the results it's tough to say who's right, but I'm much more inclined to believe the one that sounds the least like a conspiracy theory.
