I would guess that it showing a notification that the game download is complete.

Next gen systems allow you to start playing almost instantly once the download starts. There's no need/reason to wait for the full game to download before you start playing.

I think thats true when you are downloading it from the disc, but if you are downloading it from the server/internet, I think you have to wait.

You'll be able to play before it's done downloading.  I'm not sure what the process is, if they have a minimum percentage for each game, or if you can just play.  

They did something similar with TLoU, you only needed it 50% downloaded and then you could play.  I'd expect it to be a lot smaller on PS4 though.  Same with Xbox One.


If its from the disc, you can just play without waiting any second. What I mean by the "disc", is that you bought the physical copy.

If you downloading it from the server, didn't have the physical copy in the console, you have to wait. I don't know for how much, but I think you have to wait until it is 100% downloaded.
