If we're talking about investing in dedicated servers and stuff like that? Sure.
But as far as paying third party publishers to cancel or delay their games for other systems? No. Fuck no. That doesn't improve the experience of the Xbox customer, it just shits up everyone else's experience.

Well, that's pretty sad of you. The more accurate way to think of this isn't that they're paying so that you can play it first, but so that other people can play it last.
