Scratch 30 years...make it 46 years after this year ends. You must also remember hispanic does not signify a "race" just ethnic background. When i say majority, they will lead the minority birthrate and immigration, meaning the immigrant numbers will increase but hsipanics will obviously lead the way. The caucasian populace outnumbers all ethnic minorities today but because of the rapid increase via immigration and birthrate hispanics will lead the rest of the minorities to be more than the caucasian population. This means that by that time a good chunk of the nation will be bilingual (especially in the south and western portions of the US).
This means the movie is not wrong that in 2154 hispanics will by themselves by the majority in the nation without other minorities.

The Hispanic population is expected to more than double during that time, to 128.8 million in 2060 from 53.3 million now. In 2060 nearly one in three residents will be Hispanic, up from about one in six now. (People who identify themselves as Hispanic may be any race.) The black population is expected to increase to 61.8 million from 41.2 million over the same period, with its share of the population rising slightly. And the Asian population is expected to double, to 34.4 million in 2060 from 15.9 million now, with its share of the population climbing to 8.1 percent from 5.1 percent.
