just because it will be sold in a disc doesn't mean anything. it's still an expansion to the same game so there's no porting to ps360, they just added the new data to a disk. and by using the same assets, it was probably a small team who did it. porting to wii u would probably require more people and let's not forget it doesn't make much sense to release a 3 year old game to a new system.
