If its first party, it doesnt have to be about realistic violence. Look at Mario Kart, it does what other commercial racers cannot accurately replicate. The whole point of creating a Nintendo game is to create a game that could exist in that fantasy realm. This is what Nintendo has over all the other brands. All of their characters can exist in one place, which is why Mario Party, Brawl and Kart sell so well.
