Doesn's seem like any userbase is very active right now, it's sort of a vacuum through late summer, long after the spring blockbusters and too far off from the fall/winter hits closer to the holidays.
I do know that a lot of very hardcore Nintendo fans are all but gone from the site though, which is (mostly) a shame. I think that the presence of Nintendo fans is still fairly good, they just don't have a whole lot to excited about right now, not until the big hits arrive this winter.
