Again.  With Xbox One and Xbox LIVE Gold, anyone can access all of Xbox LIVEs features without the Xbox LIVE Gold account holder being logged.  Including Online Multiplayer. 

If that were so, it would be a PSN feature, not a PSN+ Feature. You don't need to pay for things like that if its there.
