Dude its just a mouse pad   anything it can do the joystic can aswell

Yeah and theres somethings touch screen can do more accurately like pinpointing more accurately. Its kind of like how a mouse can cover more area quickly than a joystick. Depends on what you're out there to do. The PS4 controller can do more plus it has six axis for slight of hand movements.
