I only just got mine so it's Luigi's Mansion by default.

Too much time downloading games and demos, I guess :P

Oh, and with Nintendo News Germany and Austria had a very nice webshow a la Nintendo Direct on the eShop, informing you about upcoming releases. Even had a very nice E3 special. Sadly discontinued :/
