The other PS3 exclusives can't make that point on their own?  Releasing your #1 system selling on a console that is on its last two feet and you have another console coming, it just doesn't make sense to me.

If anything, you're offering and supporting a product that still hasn't reached what was considered mass market pricing (magical $199 price point). It allows you to get revenue off of two viable platforms (and there will continue to be Wii U/PS3/360 multiplats for a while).
