Actually somebody compared the download memory space thing(forgot name), and X/Y is supposedly 3 times larger(3 times than average) than a normal sized 3DS game. It could be due to content (750+ pokemon/items/trainers/etc) or it could be an extra region!

I edited this post with the correct video. Got the wrong one because my internet isn't working properly.
